- Half-day and full-day blocks — a vehicle plus driver held for you for a fixed number of hours, itinerary flexible.
- Multi-day arrangements — the same driver and vehicle for 2 to 10 days, town-based or moving east across Flores.

The fleet is organised by passenger count and road difficulty, not by badge prestige. Every unit runs with a professional driver — self-drive is not offered.
- Toyota Avanza / Suzuki Ertiga class — 4 passengers with light luggage. The workhorse for town runs and airport connections.
- Toyota Innova Reborn — 5–6 passengers, higher ground clearance, the default for full-day and inter-town work.
- Toyota Innova Zenix — the newest cabin in the fleet; quieter ride, better for long Flores legs and clients who care about comfort.
- Toyota Fortuner — 5–6 passengers, strong on broken mountain tarmac and steep village access roads.
- Mitsubishi Pajero Sport — same brief as the Fortuner, an alternative when Fortuners are committed.
- Toyota Hiace Commuter — 10–13 passengers, the standard group van for Labuan Bajo.
- Toyota Hiace Premio — reclining captain-style seating for 8–11, used for longer group transfers and VIP movements.
- Electric vehicle (EV) option — a quiet, zero-tailpipe-emission choice for town and short-radius work. Range and charging access outside Labuan Bajo remain limited in 2026, so EVs are not assigned to long overland routes.

What overland routes across Flores are available?
Flores is one long road east, and Labuan Bajo is its western gate. Common route requests, all bookable as point-to-point or as multi-day loops:
- Labuan Bajo → Ruteng — roughly 4–5 hours, the coffee highlands and Cancar spiderweb rice fields.

Do drivers speak English?
Yes. Drivers assigned to international guests speak working conversational English. For technical guiding, historical narration or another language, request a separate guide when you book — we will say clearly whether we can supply one rather than promising and improvising.
Can I change the itinerary during the day?
Within a half-day or full-day block, yes — the vehicle is yours for the hours booked and the route is flexible. Adding hours beyond the block, or a destination far outside the agreed area, is charged as an extension and confirmed with you on the spot.
Is transport available for early liveaboard departures?
Yes. Pre-dawn harbour and marina pick-ups are one of our most frequent movements. Give us the boarding time and we will set the pick-up with a sensible buffer.
Do you handle groups of more than 13 people?
Yes, by running multiple vehicles in convoy with a lead coordinator. Tell us the total headcount and luggage volume and we will propose a vehicle mix rather than squeezing people in.
