It is not the right vehicle for rough overland Flores legs — the climbs toward Wae Rebo, unsealed village access tracks, or long trans-Flores days with broken tarmac and steep gradients. How do you book an Alphard in Labuan Bajo?

How many passengers does the Alphard really take?
We sell it as a four-guest executive vehicle. It is physically a seven-seater, but with seven adults and luggage you lose everything that justifies the tier. For five or more people the Hiace Premio or a two-vehicle setup is the better answer.
Can I drive the Alphard myself?
No. Every Alphard booking includes our own driver. Labuan Bajo traffic, marina access and steep hill parking are not the place to learn a large right-hand-drive MPV, and the vehicle is operated on the basis that a company driver is at the wheel.
Can the Alphard do a trans-Flores overland trip?
We do not recommend it, and we will say so before you book. Ground clearance is the limiting factor. For Ruteng, Bajawa, Wae Rebo or multi-day Flores routes we will offer a higher-clearance vehicle and explain the difference honestly rather than take the booking and hope.
How far ahead should I book the Alphard?
